Berkelulusan Sarjana Pengurusan Operasi dan Sistem Pembuatan (MSc)  dari Universiti Nottingham, United Kingdom, beliau mempunyai pengalaman lebih daripada 22 tahun dalam menjalankan kerja-kerja latihan dan perundingan dalam peningkatan kualiti dan produktiviti, Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat di sebuah syarikat pembuatan sebagai jurutera pengeluaran selama 4 tahun. Pernah bertugas di Perbadanan Produktiviti Malaysia  (MPC) sebagai Pengurus Pengurusan Kejuruteraan Industri

Bidang pengkhususan beliau adalah Production and Operation Management, Pengurusan Kualiti, Innovative and Creative Circle, Kaizen dan  Amalan 5S.

Seorang juruperunding yang berpengalaman dalam implementasi ICC beliau pernah menghakimi Konvensyen-konvensyen ICC di syarikat-syarikat tempatan dan antarabangsa yang terkemuka.

Seorang ahli audit teknikal Anugerah Kecemerlangan Pengurusan Kualiti (QMEA) yang telah diadakan oleh Kementerian Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri.
