COURSE FACILITATOR - TUAN HJ. ABDULLAH KASSIM

Tuan Hj. Abdullah Kassim has been involved in training and consultancy work for the past 22 years. Areas of specialisation are productivity and quality improvement and production/operations management. His specific areas of  expertise are Operations Management, Manufacturing  Systems, Total Quality Management, Quality Control Circles, 5S activities and Statistical Process Control.

He has carry out a number of consultancy programmes with local organizations both public and private sectors in 5S, ICC and other quality improvement programmes.

During his tenure at Malaysia Productivity Corporation he was also an auditor for 5S certification. He is also a regular judge for ICC conventions organised by Malaysia Productivity Corporation both at the regional and  National levels. He has also participated as a judge for ICC in-house presentations in many organisations.

He was also a member of the quality audit team for the Malaysia Quality Management Excellence Award organised by Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

Tuan Hj. Abdullah Kassim graduated with Bachelor Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia and MSc. in Operation Management and Manufacturing System from University of Nottingham UK.  He is also a certified professional trainer and consultant in productivity improvement programme by JPC-SED.
